I agree 100% with the forumers who expect Maxis to launch iPhone 4S on 25/11.
Firstly, all the civil servants, bank employees and government pensioners will get their salaries around 21/11-24/11. So it makes sense for the telcos to time the launch when millions of rakyat are flushed with cash. In fact, last year's iPhone 4 was launched on 24/9 for the same reason (among others), I believe.
Secondly, school holidays will have started on 18/11 and this gives telcos and possibly Apple resellers about 1 week to recruit & train part-timers (if necessary) to help out during the launch.
Thirdly, 28/11 (Monday) is also a public holiday...so launching on 25/11 (Friday) would allow the telcos to organise the launch over an 'extended' weekend. And since it's a long weekend, even people from outside KL could easily make a trip to KL to join in the launch event.
Also, a two-weeks' gap would seem a reasonable time frame between each wave of launch (e.g. HK's launch on 11/11 came 2 weeks after Singapore's 28/10 launch)...so the next wave of launch would likely be 25/11.
Of course, it's all just my hunch but I'm sure many forumers are also expecting it to launch on 25/11 in Malaysia.

I spoke too soon... Both Maxis and Celcom iPhone 4S launch will be delayed. An insider told me this.
This might be true because there are many countries have recently launched theirs on 11/11/11.
Apple is having problems with their production - not enough to cater for the demand worldwide.
