Sad to hear this. This is turning out to be another T Corp in the making. You have to keep pursuing this developer constantly, and be on the alert before he runs away with everybody's money.

I'm never buying another property again in this place.

Added on November 3, 2011, 10:35 pmOne more thing - there is no point going after the company name, in this case Magna Prima. The directors behind will just close the company and start another somewhere else.

One must go after the persons responsible in the company. Who are the listed directors ?
