Hi, am using galaxy tab 8.9. I have few questions and hope someone can help. TQ

1. Have to restore back. Like iphone we always use itunes, download the firmware and restore. How about android.?
2. I cannot connect to Samsung Kies via cable. Tried in 2 laptop but same problem. Error message is "Cannot start service on the device. Please disconnect and connect". I have tried many times, but fail.

Hi all.. Am using samsung galaxy tab 8.9, and my problem is surfing the internet is very slow. Am using unifi at home with 5mb. I dont have any problem with ipad and iphone. Only with tab. I have hard reset also. Pls advice. Tq
