hi guys, what is the ping when you guys in dota2? mine 1 around 2xx...is there a way to reduce it?

Some hero playable on 300 ping..but some cant...I've try pudge and AA...Pudge hook easily miss due to 0.5-1.0 Delay...while AA ulti easily miss as well...
