Check TnC in your invoice.
See u wanna do it the "law" way or to do it the "friend" way.

TnC only writen as :

1. All cheques should be crossed and made payable to XXXXXX
CIMB Account No. 09XXXXXXXX
2. Any discrepancy in this statement should be report to us within 7 days.

Something make me angry is their big boss refuse to answer my call or reply my call ....... this guy not a biz man , no ball 1.

Well, by law, the invoice stands. They agreed to it, you agreed to it, as long as money was paid before they decided to cancel, you are in the right.

Problem is, if you want to enforce that invoice, you need to go to court, or at the very least, timbangtara. That takes time that you may not have.

Previously i was request 50% stock and 50% refund , but this big boss ask me discuss with his branch manager ... but this branch manager said he cant make decision .... just sms me ask for bank account ..... i trying call this big boss many times ... but he refuse to pickup the phone ..... !!!

Money already refund to you right. There is no point in bringing this to court, you wanna sue them for not fulfilling the deal? This is not a contract where termination by either party will have to make compensation. I suggest you ignore it and go buy somewhere else. Going further will get you nowhere.....
