QUOTE(piap_master @ Aug 19 2013, 08:23 AM) nope.defntly abndoned tread.anyway, just post pictre of ur car.might cght someone or any sifu intrest. i have built this car from scratch. by from scratch i mean 0 experience and understanding, but i am following the guides and i watched a couple of youtube tutorials, i've seen TU tracks quite often since i got most of my parts from there. i played this since a long time ago but that's just casual, now i intend to go further. i was building a tech car but right now im not quite sure, i will go for a run at TU hopefully it doesnt suck haha. opinions are very much welcomed thankswelcome to mini 4wd worlds. QUOTE(piap_master @ Aug 19 2013, 10:09 PM) seems rtr to me.nice one.im no exprt bt to me all set ady.roller ok.mass ok bt maybe can make it more heavr for frnt and rear i tink.need to test 1st on track and see how it performs.bytway, other than tu track,if u live near kl,got one track in kompleks mutiara jalan ipoh,kl.not bad there.also got selling 4wd mini parts but now not much stock. i wasnt aware that there's a shop selling 4wd parts at kompleks mutiara. yeah i know the place, but can you tell me which floor exactly?QUOTE(poyo @ Aug 19 2013, 10:29 PM) Looks pretty good for a balanced setup. If you want to tune your chassis balance further, see where your motor and batteries are located. That's where most of the weight balance will be, and from there on you can estimate which parts of the car needs more / less weight. This all depends on how u want to tune the chassis balance, either heavier forward, centralised weight, or more weight at the back. thanks for the info i'll definitely keep that in mind. done a couple drop test it was okay but unless i tried it on a real track i wouldnt know. i heard there's a race at TU on coming sunday?A brake setup also depends on the track layout too, and also type of tyres used. There are also heavier solid machined aluminium wheels coming soon from Tamiya. I myself am a coming - back fella in this field lol. Trying to use my knowledge in automotive to apply to this tiny machines lol. |
