clio, what we have here in lowyat is just 1 thread and its limited, as where in mini4wd.my is a dedicated forum just for mini 4wd, our goal is to make it as informative as possible so its easier for racers to find infos / tips / tricks and other stuffs regarding mini 4wd. But of course, all of this wont be possible without the support & experience shared from other racers.

QUOTE(TreyLey @ Mar 27 2013, 10:59 PM) -when you say ur car is slower than others, what type of chassis u r comparing with ? same chassis ?-how is the track layout ? alot of corners or more straights? -if you have 830's .. use that instead of 9mm's rollers. -what is the diameter of ur tyres ? possible to make another set/replace with 3 spoke rims ? -remove front roller angle little by little. 1) Plasma dash cannot be used in races/tournament (at least for TU races).
2) Motors that are allowed for official TU races are Mach Dash Pro [or below it] (double shaft) & Sprint Dash [or below it] (single shaft). 3) Again, if you plan to play in tamiya underground (practice/race), please do not use other brand items (parts). 4) There is no level difference in choosing chassis. All chassis have its own pros & cons, it is up to the racers to choose which is their preferred chassis. My opinion, you have to try all to know. 5) As for tuned up parts, should you need suggestion you can ask around at TU, ask the staff there or racers, should get you most answers that you want, but lately the parts is not yet stocked up. Better wait for the next restock to get your parts. |
