QUOTE(clio8v @ Jul 24 2012, 09:38 PM) nice AR setting! first impression about the new chassis? the ar ? dunno yet , not yet tested on this setting ... the other day i tried a stock setting(standard rollers) + sprint+ 620 the car never made it past the fist corner ... the car became superman(flew out) with tyres flying every where ... lol can you tell me more about 5:1 on MS? italian street racers could be very interested! https://plus.google.com/1144569279556452912...sts/FrXcoo3z1Hr as for the 5:1 gear ratio , i dunno how the ratio was calculated, but was given a figure of 5:1 according to some calculations on fb .. ... basically its this ![]() it started like this , i was attempting to make a lowered ms chassis .. but dunno what went wrong , the pink shaft gear , would not touch the green counter gear ... after rummaging for some parts, test fitting the gears etc , end up with the gear type above ... and as for how low i lowered the chassis , well . here`s a pic below ... un fortunately the whole thing broke after setting a time on the current track . lol ![]() |

QUOTE(xomadrush @ Aug 16 2012, 12:26 AM) tq sonic_cd. the 520mbearing normally used for the ms chassis wan .. wat i meant was if u using ms chassis , there one nose/tail unit , which allows the 520 to be use as the wheel bearing instead of the 620 .I just don't understand what are you trying to say here "also tyre bearing for ms chassis if used with one part" |

QUOTE(ShinKen @ Dec 3 2013, 08:06 PM) woooo! sorry for the late reply. was away for KLIMS. only managed to score Top 80. I lost trying to qualify to Top 50 to Jai (of Speed Houz). His car is a speed demon want a challenge ar ? use super fm then .. XDcrowd was great too! the cheering and everything was plain mad and fun. btw, back to the topic. is MA as easy to tune as MS? I broke like 3 nose units of MS in less than 4 weeks playing hahaha. everytime I break the nose unit, I learned a new way to reinforce it. good learning process, bad for my wallet though. but, MS is soooo easy to tune for Semi Tech & Semi Speed la. too easy makes it boring sikit. is it the same for MA? I mean, is it easy to tune? if it is, I wanna pindah to VS or Super 2 pulak. I find Super 2 is a cheaper chassis to work on with compared to MS. e.g : RM 25 = 2 Sets of Super 2 Chassis (RM 12.50 for a chassis) .....but for MS is as follows RM 20 (for normal black coloured Nose & Tail unit) or RM 33 (for red reinforced N04 / T04) or RM 33 (for bumperless LED Nose & Tail) + RM 20 (for lightweight centre) = RM 40 - RM 73 for only 1 set in a nutshell, it's RM27.50 - RM 60.50 difference in price per chassis comparing MS with Super 2 QUOTE(toa cheng @ Dec 4 2013, 02:48 AM) i wanna see |
