which external flash do you guys recommend?

what are the diffrences between F43 and F58?
Dont really need a high-end one...
Just something good that'll last for a long time!

jimmylim - it overheats because of the mirror inside which overheats due to the continuous AF during video recording....i got to agree with chiahau that EVF isnt that good when it comes wiht the colours....but at least you can agak-agak.....i still recommend you get it if it fits your budget....best DSLR for me within the price-range.....

ieR - thanks for the explanation..didnt know the steady shot caused this...as i tried recording videos...only managed to get pass 5 minutes of continuous recording....the the overheating screen came up and shut off my A55.....googled online and they say it was cause by the mirror inside...thanks again...gonna try disabling steadyshot...does it really affect the picture quality though? or shaky-ness?

guys...last night..i played around wiht my sony A-55...and i discovered a few things with it...
1. i tried recording AVCHD video with my cam...and it turns out....even with steadyshot turned off....i still cant pass the 7 minute recording mark without it overheating....so this proves...that the overheating isnt caused by the steadyshot...its some other part of the cam....

2. also....averagely, with every 1 minute of video footage recorded, 1% of my battery is used up....so basically...one battery can only record up to 100 minutes of video (wiht a full charge)

3. i havent tested it out on the m-peg 4....but i predict the results will be the same!

Anyone know where i can get a battery grip for sony A55 around klang valley/KL area?
Interested in one!
