QUOTE(Eiraku @ Oct 31 2011, 11:13 PM) But seriously speaking, why do people want 1080p resolution on a phone ANYWAY? While is arguable that whatever PPI retina is at is "the limit of human perception", 1080p, even in a 5 inch screen is SO FAR BEYOND that limit it's ridiculous. It's like, your eyes can't tell the difference anyway lol. Unless they have the wire to wire the phone to a 1080p TV to look at the difference on that TV... For some to show off the phone supports 1080p playback... While mostly 1080p video came from BluRay, the great audio should be 5.1 channel which mostly will make the file size over 4GB, which was over the limit for a file in the FAT32... But if you do have any 1080p under 4GB, just put it in and watch it and hope that there's no hiccup along the playback... This post has been edited by xyz_cityhunter: Oct 31 2011, 11:22 PM

Funny experience to share last time when i 1st get the phone and wanted to try the playback of a 1080p anime... At original 1.2Ghz, the player plays smoothly at opening then lags when subs are coming in and the player FC soon after that... And so i tried OC it to 1.6Ghz and play the same anime again... It's very smooth with the subs but very soon it got heated up, some weird sound clicking and whole phone FC... At that time i thought i might have killed the phone

QUOTE(KUROsaki23 @ Oct 31 2011, 11:39 PM) can anyone help my..my sgs2 usb not recognize..why is that? Hm? U mean connecting to the PC? QUOTE(destEX @ Oct 31 2011, 11:42 PM) seriously i just now, not once but twice cool story bro never thought of using another player ah? the market is full of players, usually those using the ffmpeg codec will play smoothly on your phone. Or you can try mvideoplayer. Only difference is each player have different way of rendering subtitles, some may appear, some may not. In any case, AVI will always play smooth, problem has always been the MKV somemore nowadays subbers are using the new 10bit format Well, i'm using MX Player with the ARMv7 codec... Anymore suggestion for a better MKV playback?
