QUOTE(nakTT @ Nov 6 2011, 09:19 AM) But after finish quota, your speed with be just 5kbps. Yes, FIVE. That is the main reason I change my mind. Then what about celcom? Celcom does provide 3gb of internet data. What if i finish them already? Is it something like Digi which can still use the 3g but its damn slow?

But i dont call n text very often. So do u think i should go for Digi Plan instead of Celcom? There is no more plan from Maxis for S2 as i heard.

I checked on every rooting guide of sgs2 i9100 (NON-G), they dont mention about security on/off. My fren told me u need to put the phone to security-off first before you root. Because if you root while your phone is security-on, it will block the root? Help please some1.

QUOTE(antt00 @ Nov 7 2011, 11:01 PM) Rooting with kernel will not wipe your phone. There is limited things you can backup before rooting. Once rooted with cwm, my advice is do nandroid backup before flashing any rom or anything critical. Of cos also to backup your apps, contacts and messages if your going to wipe/flash a new rom. So can nandroid backup my apps, contacts and messages?

QUOTE Added on November 7, 2011, 11:04 pmNandroid backup everything as it is. Thanks alot for the info. ) Added on November 7, 2011, 11:07 pmQUOTE(xsaintzx @ Nov 7 2011, 11:05 PM) Nandroid will backup apps, others I'm not so sure. However you won't be able to partial restore nandroid, means you can't only restore your messages and apps without restoring the whole ROM. Let say after you flash the new ROM and want to restore your apps and messages, you won't be able to do so with only nandroid. Use Titanium Backup for apps, MyBackup Pro for Contacts/SMS. So should i use Titanium Backup and MyBackup Pro straight away? This post has been edited by xpalax: Nov 7 2011, 11:07 PM
