hi all,
just to check: i have tried to upgrade my samsung kies to latest versio nbut noted that the update never end and keep disconnect as per attchment, can anyone help?coz i would like to update to latest firmware for my S2 thanks Attached thumbnail(s)

Hi all, can i checked:
when upgrade firmware via samsung kies, how to backup the apps so my apps save file such as whats app conversation, viber conversation, game saved file can be restored when i finish the upgrade firmware process. i only know contact, music, sms can be backup via samsung kies but not apps. thanks |
