eh? you mean you buy the phone for RM1799 (which is kind of retail price) and you're tied to a 2 year contract?
Bah
I actually just bought s2 white from Digi with the Digi Smart Plan RM68 per month.
They gave a RM25 rebate for 24 months which equals to RM600.
Hence, it means your phone will just cost you around RM1199. RRP (1799)
Dont add the RM5 auto billing rebate in because if you just buy the plan itself from Digi and
you choose to use auto billing to settle your bill, you will have that auto billing RM5 rebate.
The difference from buying the s2 from Digi with a 24 months contract.
You can enjoy the RM25x24 months rebate. The phone will cost you around RM1199
You can also use Easy Payment Plan (EPP) to pay.
[RM1799+(RM68x24monthsx6% Government Tax)]/24=RM147 per month.
This RM147 hasnt include your calling, text and mms usage.
It also haven include the RM25 rebate and the RM5 auto billing rebate if you r using it.
So if you r using this RM68 Digi Smart plan, You can have RM25 rebate to use them as your calls, texts and mms.
For example, If you just call RM2 this month, They need to give you a rebate of RM25+RM5 auto billing rebate.
RM2-RM30=RM28 rebate. This RM28 will debit into your bank account under your credit card.
P.S. Im not working for Digi. Just sharing my thought on the Digi Smart plan.

yes... but digi sales ppl will tell you that you're getting a discount on your data plan for the next two years. instead of paying rm48, you only pay rm28 per month (works out to rm480 of savings in that two years).

Why the RM48 will become RM28 is because of RM15 rebate and RM5 auto billing rebate.
But the condition is you must buy the phone from Digi and sign a 24 months contract to enjoy this privilege
