When it's something in the UELA it's not a trojan anymore IMO. but if you don't want EA to get your info, then I suggest don't play it. AFAIK it's just something for them to track down installation, time played and wether or not the copy is legit.
Using a crack to cover it is like patching a broken arm by blowing it straight off IMO
