Need some advice on my current workout

HI guys, I've been doing this workout for the past few months on every alternate days.(mon/wed/fri/sun) Don't go to gym so my only equipment doing is exercises are a set of dumbbells. All of them are done 8 reps each,6sets in total.
Dumbbell flies (done on the floor) dumbell presses(floor) Overhead Tricep Extension deadlifts curls rows
Btw,is it better doing full body workouts or only workout certain parts on certain days?
