This morning went to one of their branch at Aman Suria PJU there, requested for 3 hours usage which cost Rm5...I used not more than 1 hour then I went somewhere to buy mineral water. 10 mins later came back and I saw my PC has been locked, I asked that guy to ON it back and he gave me a gangster gesture. After that he said cannot be ON again...have to pay again. I was like WTF? I advise ppl here don't ever go to this place man...it's criminals working there.

customer paid they got no right to control close the pc even get off. 10mins without inform?what about those smoker go out having ciggie break or go toilet?also have to inform cashier too?

Even can if 20-30 customer inform them how they can recognize who is who?

Did you even bother to tell the counter guy that you are going out to get something? For all he knows, you cukup already and left, thus the shutting down/logging you out of the machine.

Of all my times playing in a CC, I never heard the attendant do something like this.

I paid for 12 hours package frequently when I am still playing WoW for raiding and heroics. In between I would take like 1 hour go supper with friends and then come back continue again. There were times that I even go back home, take a bath and then go back to continue again.

They simply cannot shut the PC even if no one is there because the money has already being paid. Even if I play for only 1 hour with my 12 hours package they still have no rights to shut down my PC because the price for the time has already being paid.

IINM there's a user screen lock prog on their menus. Use that next time.

It has nothing to do with whether you have informed the counter or not. You have paid up front and you deserve the service. Even they mistaken that you have done your work, when you came back to ask them to re-open, they should do so.

yea most cc wont lock up your computer if your time is not over..even if it minute..i mean most of the pc have this time out thing tat will inform ppl and auto shut down once time is up...never hv i heard anyone who shut it down manually..unless it was full house tat day..n ppl needed pc..so if u r one of the unlucky few...yea they will shut it down...but they will refund u or open another one for u...
