Ok guys, I just got hold of a SG Si9000 from a forumer here. Upon closer inspection at home, on a bright white screen, I can see ghosting of the pattern locked screen page with the 9 dots, the clock and the network name in the background of the LCD. This is very evident only on a bright white screen, you're able to see the permanent ghosting marks there.
My question is, what would have gone wrong? Seller claims to have never seen this before here while I believe this has been there for a long long time. Any advices, friends?

Just a question here.
I was on stock 1500mAh Samsung battery and thought the discharge was pretty fast for my use (3g on all the way and sleep time of phone for about 4 hours), battery goes to zero in less than 6 hours. Bought a Sunglobal 1850mAh battery and realised that the discharge is even much faster.
Have done all the necessary battery calibration, changing from stock roms (JVU/JW1/etc) and also on custom roms which claim to have lesser battery drain but maximum I can get is about that 6 hours only.
Normal/abnormal? Appreciate any views regarding this matter. Cheers!

QUOTE(pikachu01 @ Jan 27 2012, 08:24 PM) Check BetterBatteryStats for wakelocks. Use 2G so that it doesn't drain much. Thanks for suggestion bro. Have purchased BetterBatteryStats and checked that i only have a wakelock on com.android.email.Email. Don't really seem to understand the app too much despite reading the OP's thread HERE. Care to elaborate a little bit more on what I should do with the wakelocks bro or even how to read this thing? Anyways, I am back on stock JVU with your Thunderbolt tweak.

QUOTE(pikachu01 @ Jan 27 2012, 09:36 PM) BetterBatteryStats is free in XDA >.< Post your log in the BBS thread and ask them what's happening Oh well, I only checked the thread in XDA after purchasing it from the market. No harm done as it should support the publisher. Will post my log there and look for feedback. TQVM bro!
