The last time I use Galnet MIUI the battery dran is still there. Have they manage to solve the battery drain issue now?

i dont think they solve the battery drain issue...

for my case, this morning fully charged at 99%... with wifi turn on for FB and whatsapp between 830am till 12pm... the battery left 55% only.

ended up need to re-charge at 1pm, before going out for lunch... sweat.gif

I am on Simply Honey V5.0 for a while now. Apps took sometimes to open etc, but yesterday I try out Thunderbolt v2.1.2 tweak and boy, what a huge difference it make. Now my SGS is so much faster in opening and closing apps.

Looking for extra battery for my SGS. Can someone recommend a cheap and reliable battery.

I search lelong.com.my and found the following battery. Any one using them? Any good?

MS Premium Business Grade Battery Cell Samsung Galaxy S i9000

Sun Global Li-ion Battery for Samsung Galaxy S/SL

SGS is at the end of its life cycle and yet I have not found a rom that is truely stable without issue. MIUI is smooth but the battery drain is just not usable. Other roms are all about the same and still lag and slow.

That is why I will not buy another Samsung phone again. Just look at how many galaxy phone is release the last 6 months....its almost from A to Z lol. Samsung is good at making new hardware but its software leave much to be desire. With so many different hardware out there , their software team just cannot refine its software.

I'm going the IOS way.

wow long time no see...

MIUI has battery drain issues??? at least when i had mine i didnt have any battery issues with MIUI la bro.

Feel free to go iOS nobody can stop u, but can tell u this, u will forever be complaining thats all...

Me and a friend of mine try a couple of Galnet MIUI we both have to switch to other rom because the battery die out too fast. Eventually my friend trade off his SGS for an iPhone 3Gs and he seems more happy with its performance.

I have been flashing rom every now and then, and they all the same. Slow and laggy after a while. I remember I bought my ipad more than a year ago and I have only upgrade the firmware once and its been serving me well till now. See the difference?
