camera its working for still picture ... video recording not working ...

guys need help ... I just wipe my phone for a clean install of miui mint berry, but after i install the rom and wanted to restore apps it TB says failed to acquire root privileged... since my rom is miui it is ore rooted right?? and do i need to install busy box cos it is detected by busybox that another version of busy box being installed.....thanks alot

Try to reboot? In Superuser, did you tick 'ROOT Permission'?

Finally updated my beloved to 2.3.5 .. rooted.. and restoring apps... mmm.. all in all took 5 hours.. LOL copy backups to PC flash transfer back.. I formatted the internal USB as well. just for good measure Had an experience before that the display would not rotate no matter how I tried. until I got super frustrated, I formatted the int USB and everything was wUnderful again .

reboot countless times.. even wipe install few times dee.....sigh... do v have to install busybox from market or just stick to the oredy installed 1???? thanks

sorry to interrupt u all... but.... i did have some problems about my Samsung Galaxy S Plus. Which is I buy at RM1288 4 weeks ago... i did try to log in to android post but i just cant to enter.. so i take this alternative to post a new topic.... ok... first... when i bought this smartphone, i didnt realize that this handphone have a 3 seconds delay for the ringtone reach at the top volume.. this ascending ringtone really annoyed me.... huh.... then... im trying to send a mms to other.. but it have some problems... i did contact celcom center (im using celcom..) to solve this problem but they keep saying that 'u have to on ur packet data and make sure that the internet is turned on...' i tried this once but it cant be send..... hmmmm.... then.... my biggest nightmare is, i have problems to send a 2 pages message to my friends...... it keeps saying that 'sending failed'..... hahhh........ i'm tired of this shit.... can anybody hear my problems and share with sumone else... pleasee... i'm new here... i registered to this forum juz because i want to clarify my thoughts about my smartphone.... pleasee... help me......

u need to disable the sim card lock on JVT before u flash ICS. download JVT modem and flash it using CWM on ICS to get signal. also flash the 3G fix for data .

Android messaging apps auto convert sms to mms when the characater count exceeds 3 sms which is 160x3.

Therefore, it becomes mms and couldnt send out since ur mms apn is not working

Bad installation I guess?

There's quite a long way to go with these known issues. But it does needs more user to feedback on unknown bugs so they can really produced a stable version cm9!!

The UI is a little bit laggy (due to lack of hardware composition).
Video recording does not work.
Video playback is not hardware-accelerated.
The front camera produces distorted preview.
Photo taking does not work with the front camera.
Some camera options FC. (The camera is a temporary hack, when the Nexus S ICS source is released, there will be a proper fix.)
Movie Studio does not work.
FM Radio does not work.
Device encryption does not work.
USB Tethering on Windows requires the user go to to driver update and manually select the RNDIS driver.
Factory reset (from settings menu) does not clear /datadata.
Sometimes wifi strength won't show after boot if wifi is enabled. Toggle once to fix.
A2DP bluetooth headsets do not work.
BUILD 1: Superuser.apk does not open: Please install this fix.
