confuse with SG2 liau.. so can W hit 1.4GHz & free heat-issue?

how the camera quality?

if can't hit 1.4ghz no point get W cos better go for other. juice is not working with c7 on ace. dunno it work with W a not?? what for provide us 1.4ghz cpu but can't hit 1.4. no offense ya just wanna share my thought. y dun use 1.0 ghz that can UC at 0.8 ghz for longer battery mode?

if S2 i might go for non-G version. personally~ if really hit max they should offered gorilla glass + samoled with same price. this what i wish~

front camera is very basic only, girls that like to 自拍(take self photo for profile picture) will certainly dissapoint >_<
The back 5mp camera is very good for me!!! Can touch and focus like galaxy S. Very sharp in capturing text screen.
I myself a students sometime nid to take photo of class note, samsung galaxy W really help me a lot!!!
However, there is some website claim that it can detect smile, I still haven got chance to test that feature yet.
The wifi receiver is super great and superfast in this hp compare to my galaxy ace.
I can download big game within minute!!!!!!
Galaxy w can detect weak wifi!!! I can use my hp at toilet now while doing big business XD 
Last time my galaxy ace only can detect connection that near to AP.
I can really said that I am damn enjoy when I use this hp to surf net.
U can pinch to zoom and zoom out SUPER SMOOTH even at the webpage with flash!!! 
Gaming part, I just downloaded angry bird season and fruit ninja, still haven further explore it.
So far no lag for me, very smooth 

call quality is okay actually, i dont see any problem.. about the phonearena review on call quality below average, i dont think thats the case. maybe just somehow phonearena telco at that time somehow low signal or something just my thought though.

but i do face talking problem for viber.. i think that might be due to the connection problem

unless other brand rollout a mid-range hp and a similar price.. else i dont think the phone price will drop any lower.. maybe RM850.. and i asked the stores i bought.. from their information, average selling of this phone is 10-20 per day.. so demand is quite high.. if demand is high.. obviously price will maintain or even jack up.. just my thought

well other samsung thread forumers said so.. not very sure myself but i asked the shop personnel and she said SEP will get 2 years still.. maybe you can try your luck to buy it on 31/12/2011 

you left it for another two to three hours, it will finally crawl to 100%.. then after u unplugged, straightaway will drop to 99%

I think this phone in certain ways better buy than the S+
Why?
Touchwiz 4.0 > 3.0
(You may say custom rom, but right now is there any for S+ or the W???)
- 3.0 was kinda crappy in my eyes
- 4.0 doesn't really change much from Gingerbread, but what it changes are nice tweaks here and there. Like folder in app drawer, add widget screen, etc.
- Smooth web browser like S2 (probably hardware accelerated)
Camera Flash (not sure if its gonna be that useful)
Cheaper
- Hits the <1K price range which majority of the people's budget is

What drawbacks I see is
- So far ZERO dev support on W (its really new also) (But S+ isn't much better, but has a CWM mod already)
- Internal storage space less
- No Super AMOLED
- Smaller screen

However, I'm going to recommend people this phone (Galaxy W) for my friends who can't afford phones like S2.

Funny thing is, a couple of months ago, king of budget phones was the Huawei Ideos X5.... Now bigger and more established companies are hitting the <1k range HARD. Sony Ericson and Samsung hit Huawei hard.
Oh, and I think Huawei still has not released gingerbread for the X5.
They have a gingerbread firmware lurking around for another model (OC version of X5), but it has a really ugly skin over android, unlike the X5 which has stock android)

if u install stuff to SD should be fine, i have < 200mb of internal on my nexus one and i have a lot of apps - still able to survive.

I got this phone too. My sister bought for me in subang. But now the problem is my earphone port can't detect the plugged in ear phone.sigh.same goes to my dad's gio.should have check everything before buying anything....

believe it or not.. stock browser of W is faster than s2. WTF.

depends on ur lifestyle i guess? if u are the type which sits at home or office often.. tab shud be fine.

but if on the go, W is more than enough.

1 thing i do not understand about this phone is the internal memory, when i go setting > storage > it display total 1.70GB on USB storage and 0.95GB free memory on device memory.. But just now i go read pamphlet official from samsung malaysia stated it's 4GB internal memory. I don't understand how it works? Can someone explain..? How bout u guys phone? I think malaysia set got 4GB internal memory compare with outside set 2GB memory. no?

yup, the shop at subang jaya, at first i wan buy frm them, but later i saw sum1 sellin for rm899 2 years warranty then i decided to go for the rm899 wan.........

rm11 for 1 more year waranty, worth it!!

hey guys, whenever i capture a photo, i can see 2 black dots at the same spot for EVERY photo i take, especially on white background. the dots is obvious when i zoom in the photo. any of u got this prob? can claim ? i just buy it yesterday from alieamin.

try peeling that cover and clean the screen.. i think its caused by fingerprints..

i mean to peel off that "protective layer"  =.=

is it possible for 1 to 1? cos I wanna give my gf before thurs.. I'm afraid oso that of take to service will have scratches or stuffs..

he said cannot change like that cos the imei warranty is registered under my name. if they change then this set become 2nd hand edi cos the imei bind to me edi. sigh. nvm can live with it.
