I think its when u drive over slightly uneven road then got sound. Mine also got this sound recently, I only found out its from the power window, previously I thought its from the dashboard. The weird thing is only the driver side got this problem. What I found out is that u can do is lower the window abit after its fully closed but not to the extend of opening any gap. Just a slight movement down will stop the sound.

The sound from the rear door rubber sure got I just ignore it. Front rubber OK ar, I seldom park under direct sunlight. Haih fed up la,
