Anyone know how to fix the slow throttle response?

Also the dead band is really annoying at low rpm, it doesn't respond to very light pressure, a problem to balance the clutch & accelerator especially uphill without revving the engine to 2-3k rpm making loud engine noise.

Anyone manage to keep their rpm between 1.2 to 1.5k in 1st gear during start up please tell us the secret technique.
