And since your car only clocked 9k km only, why not just buy 2 new tires for starters. Then in the near future got some extra money, can straight away change to a pair of new tyre.

Me.. Using Erictioh's one.. But what I can tell u is just go for grounding cable.. VS is mostly a gimmick, unless u are into ICE system.. It wont help u reduce the bulb dimming, it wont help u make the aircon more colder etc.. Grounding cable helps ur gearchange to become faster a bit.. Thats all..

Dont bother going to ori proton.. Its going to be very expensive.. Try to go to outside shops, avoid sunway area, if possible go to klang to get it... For ur budget of 1k enough to get 4 rims, then trade in the other 2 more rims + tires can get at least 500-600 from there.. If u are taking same size rims with ur current rims even better, just use back ur tires and sell off the other 2 rims that were not stolen.. May i know what tires size u are using now and what type of rims size do u want to change to?

If upgrade to 16", what i can expect the shops to take the 2 remaining tires is for around RM400 for both tires and rims.
16" prices range from around RM1100-RM1350 for a new set of 4 rims. 16" tires for around 230+ a piece.. so thats almost extra 1k.. Total At least will set u back at least 2.1k and above (thats with just normal tires)..

If u want to change rims also i suggest u just buy 2nd hand rims and 2nd hand tires for the 2 stolen rims first.. Wait for the other tires to wear out a bit more then change all rims and tire at 1 shot.. Probably with RM700-800 u can get 15" Hankook V12 tires and then buy 2nd hand OEM proton rims. Most of the shop sure carry it. Hankook V12 goes for around RM230 a donut, very good mid level performance tire. 2nd hand OEM proton rims probably go for around RM120-150 a rim.

Hankook is way better than CC5.. But the price also around RM30-40 difference per tire.. CC5 is more to an all rounder tire, giving grip, and comfort.. Hankook even better grip and same amount of comfort too.

Whether to buy new 15" sport rim is up to u.. If u are happy with 15" then go ahead and get 15" sport rims.. If u plan to upgrade to 16/17" later then just spend the 700-800 now first.. When cukup money in the future then 1 shot change all the tires at one go. Or to go on a budget get Kumho tires.. Korean tires are not bad too.. Tires like Yokohama have softer side walls.. So its more biased towards comfort rather than grip while cornering..

GT Radial tires are indon made tires, very good brand, the grip and cornering characteristics are quite good. Just that not popular in msia cos it used to be named Gajah Tunggal, imagine u are driving a car with gajah tunggal tires on.. Sure sweating all the way..

Just google map the place.. Its around 50km away.. But since most of the road travelled will be on highway, it wont be a problem for u, just that u have to go slow lah.. like around 70-80kmh only.. Jimat petrol like hell.. haha.. Just rmb to avoid potholes at all cost and slow down real slow when going over humps.. U should be safe..

No probs.. Tmr Mini Rim TT to Rawang.

I end up installing rear disc brake but not from Nexxus. I got half cut from Evo 3. Handbrake problem do occurs, you need a good foreman. I solved mine. The braking improve but need to step more on the brake pedal to brake cos our ori brake pump is only 1.3. (except persona h-line with 1.6 brake pump). My next project is to try evo3 master brake pump or evo5 double servo brake pump. I also plan to mod abs stopper for my the pump. These 3 items is arriving this week.

Damn i think i wasted nearly 1.5k to upgrade my brake system.

My advice. Go get a new set. Around RM1100 not include installation. The half cut that i got got some problem and i changed a lot parts of it.

If you ur budget is tight can go ask for Nexxus. ask him carefully how he install and what type of disc he and how he solve he handbrake.

or you can ask unknownhammie, he and zeng plan to install rear disc brake, can ask him bulk or not? He got lubang for gen2 one. Gen2 rear disc brake fit perfectly into our persona.

i think his engine no power already.should change to fgk 4.1 extractor,sp,air filter or put soft turbo to gain more torque and horspower at higher rpm..thus can push the car to max rpm easily and get top speed...
