Who still remember this player?
Håvard Nordtveit

He's doing really well for his club as first eleven player.

ya.. he could've been good with us... but i guess the boss sees Ignasi Miquel ahead of him though.

Amazingly i never read anything about Ignasi Miquel complaining about lack of first team action. That really mean something. Hopefully other guys such as Ozyakup, Coquelin, Yennaris, Afobe, Watt, Eastmond, Henderson and others weird-named player could have the same patience. And to think Arsenal still have more young quality players on loan; Joel Campbell, Kyle Bartley, Chuks Aneke and Henri Lansbury. You could add Denilson, Bendtner and Carlos Vela to the list too. I think the future looks bright. But of course not all of them gonna make the grade.

Havard was a CB sometime slotted at RB during his Arsenal days. But at Borussia, he has been transformed into DM. Based on their recent stats and form, he's quite effective in his role.

As for Arshavin, i guess he's ageing. Lost little bit of his pace, shooting and dribbling skill which used to be his greatest asset.

These 3, together with Almunia, have one foot out of the Grove.

Havard is a defender. Didn't really get much time to show what he can do, although he was somewhat decent during the pre-season warmup games when he first arrived.

It's goodbye for Denilson after his progress stagnated after the back injury, and he ain't shining that brightly in the Brazillian league either. Arteta's showing him how it's done, while FrimCoq is proving to be adequate understudies to both Song and Arteta.

Vela has a full bag of skills, torments opponents for fun in lesser games like the Carling Cup, but never really seemed to impress in top level whenever called upon. I'd be surprised if he's a part of the first team next season and in fact he has already lost his number to Santos.

Bendtner... Still the best choice we've got after Robin for the centre forward role, but he burnt his bridges. I don't think anyone here, apart from you-know-who that hates him with a passion, would prefer Chamakh over Nicky as Robin's deputy. Ju hasn't impressed too much either although most of our strikers do tend to take time to adapt so the jury's still out.

Still needs a striker and a utility defender who can cover left or right back in January. Our link with Podolski, assuming that we do have real interest, is encouraging. Here we have a relatively experienced forward who can play up front or on the left, great replacement for Arshavin and can offer Gervy some needed rest and competition.

I don't think Vela is that bad, I can't even exactly remembered when was the last time he played? I'd rate him as on par with that over-rated Chicaritos. For Denilson or Almunia, they can go home.

Don't write them off. Seriously, they have quality as good as Man City. That's the benefit they got from Erpuropean exposure. At the moment, we're the one chasing down their tail. The only top team is see dwindling down in pace is Manchester United. If foresee the niggling injuries will bog down their effort to keep pace in the league.

I find EPL is getting more unpredictable and more exciting nowadays.
Although sugar daddies have messed up the balance of league, it's good in some ways to provide handicaps laugh.gif

IMO, Newcastle deserves a lot of credits for where they are now.

Hmm. A loan move would do wonders for pingpong. With Wolves thought to be leading the race, Swansea and Norwich have both expressed their interest as well. Which one of the 3 teams mentioned will suit pingpong leh? hmm.gif

Somehow i dont feel frimpong should be loaned out. Although he would get more experience, but by the time he comes back he might not be able to play as Arsenal do, or might even leave the club, as many other players who went on loan have.

Is he was to be loaned, I would like him to be at Swansea. They hav the same philosophy as arsenal. Ping pong shud able to learn something there. I think he will be loyal as well because he n Wilshere have been in arsenal since young. They are both the product of our academy. Also the way he condemned nasri move via twitter, dun think he is hungry for money yet. Ahaha
