Cutting a pic then blending it into another, how to do that ?

hehe sifus...do teach..let's say i have this bear picture..but i wish to paste in onto another different pic which is a rainbow...so how do i do it ??

if you are using photoshop, get the lasso tool, draw out the shape you wan to cut out. then go Select > Feather. Insert number normaly is around 10 - 20 just try out. then u can cut n paste to ur canvas u wan.
