Serious? Using mouse made the game easy mode for me. Just swing about to avoid bullets and obstacle and wallah! Level complete.

if a publisher wants to jack up the price that high for a god damn digital download game, it's not worth buying it.

LA Noire $50 -> $90
Assassin's Creed Series (AC2 $20 -> $30, AC:B $40 -> $70, Rev. $50 -> $80)
Batman AC $50 -> $100
LotR WitN $50 -> $74

Actually what is the different between sword of star, galactic civilization, sin of solar empire? anyone can tell more detail? I dunno should get which one?
*
They're all different takes on the 4X genre.

Galactic Civilization is the classical take of 4X games in space. It plays almost exactly like Civilizations, with you conquering the galaxy through any means necessary. The best part of the game has to be the ship designer feature. tongue.gif The AI here is very intelligent and curbstomp you if you're not careful.

Sword of the Stars can be best considered a hybrid 4X/RTS game. The empire management are rather simplified compared to other 4Xs, but it makes up for it by the different races that it offers (each races play very differently) as well as real-time tactical battles. The tech tree is also randomised each time you play, giving you a different experience each time.

I haven't played Sins of the Solar Empire, but I heard it is SotS-like in both management and tactical battles, except with a smaller scale and bigger fleets. Apparently also balanced better, but I wouldn't know about that.

You can. You just need to verify Steam and the game once online. After that you can set your Steam to offline mode and play.

Heh Origin. Which reminded me, I haven't tied my Mass Effect 2 with Origins. Not sure if I'll ever get around to do it anyway.

whoa, Civ5 critics score were high  shocking.gif

Any recommendations from LYN on this game?

Currently on my cart are Witcher 1 and Overlord CP tongue.gif

It's very different from the previous Civ games though, so you might or might not like it depending on your preferences. (Biggest change was the 1-unit-per-tile thing and use of hexes instead of squares.)

This. Steam needs some time to resolve... whatever it is it's doing before you can click anything again. Usually happens to me when Steam is in the midst of downloading games/syncing.

Yes I believe the game count takes into account DLCs as well. I rechecked my game list to be sure. Can't be more than a hundred games there. (I'm not that mad yet.)
