You can compare the difference between the two products at http://us.norton.com/comparison. There is no difference in terms of level of protection. Go for Norton 360 if you need the additional PC backup feature as well as the PC Tuneup feature in Norton 360.

Norton Ghost license key can only be activated for one time. Unlike a subscription based Norton products, a perpetual license cannot be managed via Norton Management. If you wish to re-activate the license, you can always contact Norton Live Support for further assistance.
