I am a Senior Consultant with more than 6 years of experiences in delivering enterprise-class web-based solutions to the corporate users, leveraging on Microsoft SharePoint Technologies. During my career with the service providers, I have been a full time developer for more than 3 years with extensive exposures in development projects. Following that, I have moved on to take up the role as the Team Lead, with the responsibilities to meet up with the users to understand the business challenges and provide solutions to address it, without sacrificing the interests of both the users and the project team. I also responsible to lead the development team to deliver the projects on time on budget. During the past 9 months, I have made the decision to join the user environment and take up the role as an in-house consultant, which allows me to be able to understand further the business challenges in the oil and gas industry from inside.
