Hi, i would describe the 3 jobs as:
Full time: someone who is tied to a company contract for long term employment, eg: a website designer working 9-5 or a sales assistant working 11am-10pm in a retail shop.

Part time: They are still tied to a company contract for long term employment but work part of the full time job, eg: a website designer working only monday to wednesday for long term or a waiter working during busy hour, 5pm-9pm.

Freelance: Someone who is not tied to long term employment or contract in a company. He usually has a specific set of skills and able to work on his own and take on multiple projects he prefers. Eg: a website designer accepts project to design website for different company or an individual working 10am-3pm for an event in a university and at night, he works 7pm-10pm in a survey team.
