U help people throw or you need people throw

[WTH] Freelance Webdev/Appdev

I am looking for someone to help me develop a website (webapp enabled), mobile app (iOS and Android) and Content Management System (CMS) with a template provided.

It is going to be a e-Learning based website with MCQ Questionnaires (Pictures/Diagrams/Videos attachable) accessable with user login.


Language required: HTML5 / AJAX / PHP / Jquery / JAVAscript

Things that I require:

- Student profile dashboard
- Reporting system (Results generation with automated email to parents)
- CMS for content updates and management

- Mobile app could be refered to 9gag.com mobile app. I require a style very similar to 9gag's mobile app with few tweaks to input my own content.
*For mobile app, you can use softwares like phonegap.
