Service details:

1, construction, renovation, interior 3D sketches and rendering.
Plan, elevation, carpentry item detail drafting...

note: I don't do electrical drawing because that require certified electrical engineer to do so
note: I'm not architect, but roughly can place around "visualizer" category - where we draw stuff in 3D

Step by step:
a, acquire information required such as measurements, picture reference, site location (Google Street View is cool), what need to be done, what type of output needed. If you're in Kuching area we can meet up and I'll collect site information myself
b, estimate costs, deposit will be required upon agree to start project.
c, discussion, drafting and present draft models or drawings to do finalize decision.
d, printout if required, only do till A3 size full color.
e, amending should be kept to minimum; idea should be thoroughly discuss and finalize on step ©

Pricing:
I don't do standard. If we talk about standard then it's around RM4 per square feet, which will not suit for all situations.

2, Photoshop, publishing design (flyer, booklet), etc

Photoshop vector export to DWG CAD format, CoralDraw format are possible (eg: laser cut, cnc).
Source files will be provided for customer - PSD, INDD (InDesign), alongside with exported PDF files for publishing printing requirement.

Flexible depend on type of task. Cost of stock photo calculated separately if those are required.
