I'm using Yes Zoom. Can you advise me step by step of installing the antenna? What's the best price including of postage?

Hi, may I know how to open up the Yes Zoom boxbuilt and connect the cable? My house is three storey high and the problem is that when I put my Yes Zoom at 2nd floor, the signal has 4 bars, however I couldn't get the signal well from my ground floor. Currently, I place it at my 1st floor and the signal attained is just 2 bars only. I'm thinking to buy this product and see whether or not it can increase the bar from 2 to 4 after installing your product. Pls advise.
