most ssd uses sata connection just like 3.5" hdd so u can use with no hesitation. but there are also ssds that come in micro sata interface but u just need to have the adapter to use it which u can find it from garage sales

A mini-SATA SSD can also be known as a solid state drive without a cover and with a much smaller than usual dimension. Mini-SATA SSDs are rare anyway, but they are still cheaper than the normal 1.8" / 2.5" solid state drives depending on the brand. You're probably better off buying a normal sized solid state drive as it will be easier to obtain them. i cudnt agree more on that
