reason is to upgrade to 2GB kit of ram... seeing tat DDR 1 ram is lack in market supply 2 GB the way of the future?

now im using DDR 1... izzit worth too change my system using DDR2?my opty s939 seems faster than AM2... huhuhu.... C2D no aaford
