Thank God after worked around 6 only I can mange to get in touch with the doctor. He say the cat is recovering, start to eat and bla.. bla.. bla..

The weird thing he says, the cat maybe cna go back after 3-4 days. Then when I mention that I have paid for 5 days in advance for the deposit, will they refund the balanced of the payment,.. then he change the story saying maybe the cat need to stay for another 5-6 days in advance for observation!. Oh AMC.. AMC..     


This is the photo I took last night around 9pm after we came back from office and visit.

Fyi: this cat came to our house one night and is very dirty, hungry and not friendly. We took the cat, shower it, take care of it.. now after almost 8 month it start to became the most 'manja' and friendly cats in our house.

Most clumping litters are not flushable because they will clog your toilet. There are flushable clumping litter, for example this one. However, as far as I know, it required large amount of water to dissolves. I use both clumping & pine wood litters. Clumping litter for my indoor cats & pine wood litter for my outdoor cats. When I said outdoor cats, I means the ones that clever enough to climb in into the garage through the ceiling. They like to take a nap in there, especially at night & poop/pee in there too. Using clumping litter for them will not economical, so I switched to pine wood which last four times longer than clumping litter.

Training cat to use non-sand type litter will be difficult, depends on the cat too. Mixing both sand & wood litter are not good idea because it will prevent the sand litter from clumping properly. You will need to throw the whole thing in the litter box & replace with fresh litter. Pine wood or any wood litter, required different litter box like this one. When trying to train them to use pine wood litter, in addition to the clumping litter, I put another litter box with pine wood litter in it. It takes a couple of days before one of the cat pee in the pine wood litter box. After a week, it's obvious cats will always want to use sand type litter. So, what I did is removed the clumping litter box & leave only pine wood litter box. On the next day, I see that some of the cats pee & poop in it but some of the cats still not comfortable using it, pee & poop outside the litter box. It take a while, a couple of weeks if not mistaken before they all pee & poop in the pine wood litter box. Sometime, rarely, some of the cats relapse & pee outside the box. So far they didn't poop outside the box. Currently I have three pine wood litter box for four outdoor cats.

So far I have no success in training my indoor cats to use pine wood litter. Mostly because lack of time for me to monitor & train them. I have one pine wood litter box inside the house & sometime one of the cat will pee in it. Basically, it will need a lot of patience & time to train them. Initially, they will poop & pee outside the box. It's normal.

actually how do you know if your cat has fleas? I always check my cat to see if there's fleas and I still don't know how! They said I'll see the droppings n all but i didnt..

so fleas are brownish black? actually i saw last time on my old cat's fur there were WHITE very small critters walking around. is that flea too? i used frontline again and again and it's still there. they ever ever hop before just moving slowly on the fur.

i think i used the combo    yeah i'm bringing my cat to vet end of this week because she's not using the litter box to poop no matter what. i think she have some problem pooping and associated it with the box =/

there's a frontline spray for fleas! i used it to spray the carpet and cat bedding last time 

Yeah I did change the litter, but it's not a new problem. =/ even last time she would pee in the litter and do big business OUTSIDE!! 
I tried retraining her again and again but it's not working (actually getting worse) so i think i should bring her to the vet now.    hopefully its just a constipation problem or smth!

yeah i relocate it like 4 times! I really don't know if I did everything wrongly or what.      I'm at the end of my wits (is this the right proverb lol) and my mom even said she'll throw her away if she continue to misbehave!

my kitty has been with me since I was 17. so... 5 years. but i picked her up from the street when she was already an adult though.    so i don't know her exact age.

that was like 6 years back when I used it i think. I changed my bedsheet instead of spraying it. i did spray carpets and furniture too because my cat does sit around the house! I heard cat fleas can't live long feeding on humans so in the end they will have to go back to your cat; so i guess keep treating your cat!I used a kind of anti flea shampoo to bath my cat too.

i think my cat has constipation lol! i'm changing her diet to wet food instead because she doesn't drink much water! but i don't know if whiskers is good. I know whiskers dry food is horrible, but wet food should be full of fish right? =/

Hi, my friend just found an abandoned kitten this afternoon. It should only be about few days old as the eyes and ears aren't open yet and the umbilical cord is gone. I have a problem trying to feed it kitten milk that i got from the pet shop as it doesn't seem to want to drink it at all. The kitten milk is from TopLife and I warmed it a little bit through a water bath before feeding. I tried pushing the nipple gently into its mouth and dripping few drops in while placing it on my lap over a piece of towel but it just turns its head away. I'm concerned as I read that a kitten needs to drink at least 30+ cc of milk a day and this kitten hasn't drunk that much at all. Is it a problem with the milk, the bottle or my technique?Please help.

i always feed my cat dry food ; blackwood. yeah those cheap brands really bad cuz they put a lot of corn inside. that's why i choose blackwood.
i have no knowledge of wet food lol lol.
(not sure if its royal canin now ._. but it's some premium food) once awhile but then nowadays i don't go petshop anymore so i bought 2 can of whiskas from a market near my house. now i'm not sure if i should let her finish eating it lol. 

ahahah cuz it's been some time i didn't give her any canned food. i think that's why she's having constipation or smth so i'm giving her canned food again.

my mom will kill me if i waste any chicken on my cat =/ my mom will only feed her some chicken when my mom cook steam chicken.

adoi my cat having diarrhea everywhere need to go see vet. dunno if the one in my area open at saturday.

nope don't have a regular vet. just went to see vet. very doubtful of the vet now     

genting klang clinic is the nearest. =/ i dunno if he's open on sat.

i think my cat really has problem pooping. must see anyhows. since got blood

I've posted a couple of weeks back regarding stray kitties appearing at my doorstep. It has since been 5 weeks and they are doing great!

First week. My bf named her Pui (means chubby in Hokkien) cause he wants her to be a chubby cat. And also it is much bigger compare to the other stray kitty. She is also always avoiding us.

After 1 week of antibiotic, vitamins and eye ointment. Was worried that the eye was going blind because of a white film over it.

After 5 weeks, eye is all better! Getting fatter and very manja. We named her 'Kepo', because, she is very 'kepoh'. lol.

i'm actually in Selayang and we just adopted a female stray cat, so we definitely need to bring her to the vet first, but we're quite concern about the reputation and also prices.

can anyone suggest us?
also, usually how much does it cost to trim their claws, and bath?
coz for the first time we really want to see how the professionals do it so we can learn from it haha.
