Don't give human medicine to cats, don't try home remedies to cats. We don't know if home remedies works on them or not since you are not 100% sure the kitten got flu. Send the kitten to the vet immediately.

I know that we're not supposed to give human medicine, what I mean is that is there any way that I can make the kitten feel better until I can find transport to the vet.

Hello everyone,

I found a kitten just 2 days ago, brought her to the vet today and the doctor dewormed her. She's lost her mother and she was meowing for a few days already.

Yeah. cry.gif
I've had them ever since they were young, and I'm very attached to them.
I even saw their mother giving birth to them. It's really sudden and I hope someone will love them as much as I do cry.gif

I'm just afraid I cannot find someone to adopt them in a weeks time..

I just found a female kitten 2 days ago, the vet said she's about 2 months or younger. She's lost her mother cause I found her on the 17th floor with no other cats around. sad.gif

Keep them in your own room. I got kicked out of my previous hostel due to my cats before, even I never let them out of my room. Since the rest of the housemate complained, I have to leave or the cats leave. And now I'm settled down in another hostel where no one cares about my cats. =3
I'm staying in SS15.

IDK about how persistent are you to keep your own cats, but if you really do, just shift out from that place. I'm sure there are other rooms in Sunway area have housemate that accept cats. Also you can demand your landlord to refund the full amount of deposit if they disallow you from keeping the cats.
Which area of Sunway are you staying at?
*
My room is really small and I'm sharing the room too.

I wish I could shift out of that place but right now I cannot afford to move anywhere else as this is the most affordable for me.

Good luck to you then.

My current room is the smallest of my entire hostel. Can only fit 1 bed, table, small cupboard and cage. Super cramped up that can barely fit 3 people sitting in the room (floor wise). I added in their cage condo and cat tower for them to play with.
The cats have limited space to run around and sounds hard to keep them, but it's not something that I will give up that easily. Well, just saying.

Well, we're both in different situations.
Thank you anyway.

We've managed to convince our housemates to allow us to keep our cats with the condition that we get a cage to put them in when we're not around.

Thanks for all the helpful comments smile.gif
