Guys, need some advice.

My cat just gave birth to 3 kittens. They're now about 2 weeks old and starting to open their eyes. However one of them, the left eye got some pus or something I think.

Should I take him to the vet immediately?

I wonder if anyone here willing to take care of my cats during Raya holiday? I can't send them to boarding as I just start the first vaccination. I got 3 cats; 2 male 1 female, not spayed/neutered. Or if anyone has any idea any boarding would actually accept cats with only 2nd vaccination?
