Greetings cat lovers! Need your help! I am planning to neuter my beloved cat. Since I'm just a student Im looking for a cheaper alternative
 I know about Klinik Kembiri SPCA but that is too far away. Im living in Bangi. Anyone have any suggestion? Thanks in advance  -edited- Does anyone know this place?
