QUOTE(kizwan @ Feb 24 2012, 03:16 PM)
Did it ever come across to your mind that not all people are the same?

I never said neuter is not appropriate. Breeding also not bad thing either if you have the will & time to take care the kittens & the mother. If 50 cats, of course I can't take care of them either but if 5 kittens & a mother, I can. I do plan to neuter my cat in near future.

The problem is, instead giving an advice *properly*, you all attack him, calling names.
*
i have to agree with kizwan, instead of being all emotional attack, we can always say things nicely. it's his cat's happiness afterall ..

please la, stop doing that to pcminc. if he can take good care of his cats why not. u think everyone can afford to bring cats to vets what not? but they still manage to take care of their cats nonetheless. stop being childish ok? move on.

Do you think someone who cant bring a sickly cat to the vet is a good and responsible owner? You rather let the cat suffer in pain? For me if you cant afford to sustain a pet better dont have one. Owning a pet is a lifetime commitment. You need to give it love, food, care, medical attention just like having a child. No money just go and buy a virtual pet. No need money at all  cool2.gif
*
and u think those who live in kampung or small town bring their pet to see vet ? sometimes they have better ways on taking care of their cats. not just by seeing vets. that's what im trying to highlight.

some people just dont want to understand that.

the pet shop near my place ( Rampai Business Park, KL) have british short hair cats, the uncle said he's bringing in more on 15th apr. im not sure whether it's documented or not, maybe u can ask him personally if u drop by at his place. there's only one pet shop there ( near the water tank) should be easy to find.

on side note: im just asking. no need to rage whatsoever.

First of all, there is no harm to breed a cat if you are a responsible person.
Before getting any female cat, please ensure that your cat and the female cat has been fully vacinated and all the necessary health checks has been done.  This is to ensure that the babies produced are of good health.
*
of course.

feline fresh is wood base litter too rite?...kinda thinking of changing to sumthing different as i use woody pet litter now....although i scoop their poo everyday...but it still left unpleasant smell...normally i clean their litter box every 2-3 weeks.
*
from my past experience, feline fresh doesnt smell much. there's clumping type too (purple packaging) but yes, if you have the budget, get cat's best.

Thanks, hehe. Btw, can I leave my kittens in the same room while I'm sleeping? Afraid they might scratch me by accidentally.

One of my kitten, the orange and the female always try to bite my leg. This is normal right?

Last night, I found the male is biting the female's neck and trying to mate. Is this even possible? Both have not been neutered yet.
*
god bless you! it's ok to leave the kittens in same room if they're not fighting each other . biting is normal. haha they just playing anyway~

QUOTE(Listiani @ Apr 3 2012, 02:42 PM)
There are several reason why cats do not want to go to the existing litterbox. Is the litterbox frequently clean?? if yes, what type of litter sand u use?? If possible, don't use scented litter sand. Especially citrus smell.

Some cats doesn't like the rocky feeling on their paws when they do their business. You know, walking on the rocky litter sand. U buy several type of litter sand and let your cat choose. They are after all, our master. They command and we follow  biggrin.gif

it's clean.. i clean the tray daily. and im using cat's best brand. no scent ..lol
when i put in the litter pallet into another tray, she use it.. seriously not sharing with the other one T_T

Maybe the type of tray?? She prefer other type of tray???

I tell you, cats are so demanding. My cats demand this and that too. I have to give in for all their demand.
*
yea i think it's the tray type. haha.. but the current one is hooded type. which gives some privacy when they do business. quite big too .. the one i gave her is the open type, but if uses that i scare later the sand scattered all over the place ..

i agree with the demanding part.. but what to do, we love them anyway ..

Must be the tray. Some of my cats love hooded litter box, some don't. So I prepare 2 type of litterbox. I will chk both type of boxes to see which box contain more poo and pee. Kinda surveying cat's preference  tongue.gif  I actually want to stop using non hooded type because as u said, sand scatter all over but most of my cats prefer non hooded type. So servant have to sapu the floor every time they splash the sand  rclxub.gif

Guess i have to do same thing like you do. huhuh.. "for you i will" on the bright side, im glad the cats get along well in short notice. no need to keep in cage anymore wink.gif

I am feeding my cats with Blackwood  smile.gif
At the same time I am also selling it  blush.gif
Since feeding my cats with Blackwood, I find that their poo is less smelly and nicely shaped, fur less shedding and getting rounder  tongue.gif
And most of my friends who also feed their cats with BW have the same comment.
Try logging into petfinder.com.my and look for Blackwood thread under Pets and Products.
You can read about the reviews there  smile.gif
