where can i get bar and plates? fitness concept one seem to be only one i notice got sell but i think it's quite expensive. any recommendation of suppliers that are mainly selling bodybuilder stuff ?

how urgent you need this? for Oly plates market price usually around RM 10-12kg per kilos and usually sell in 7 pairs.

Those plates sold @ Itness Concept is actually cheaper than those sold @ hypermarkets...& of better quality as well... |

i thought so and they have rubberized weight plates which is suitable for my crossfit games because need to drop on the tiles .
