Pet Help Dog fell into fish pond, having seizures, He's not right. Please help.

how cookie contracted disease from another dog ?
RIP to cookie. I'm sure he's very happy at rainbow bridge with other animals now. Free from pain and health restored  I just got my other beagle after losing my old one.
