hmm.. i didnt really experienced bad staff attitudes, but I think the quality of their goods are... hmmmm..
I bought a Wireless headphone > works fine.....
I bought a Philips Noice-Cancellation earbud > 1 side had no sound after a day of usage.
I bought a PC > Windows couldn't be installed. Went back to them, changed motherboard, worked after that.
If 2/3 items bought has errors, just wondering if they pack back their defective goods for sale again... hmmmm
