Kasi bakar!! Cakap (price list) tak serupa bikin (quote higher than pricelist) punya shop.

sricom is total bleh!..the workers are not just unfriendly they're RUDE..my opinion to my friends is always:

go to sri com and see their displayed items..buy from somewhere else..

my bad experience:
i was looking for Abit's NF7-S at that time...i knew it was rare but i still checked around low yat la..so i went to sri com...i ask nicely whether they still still have abit nf7-s ..the fella replied "where got ppl still buy socket A board one...if u still using socket A ur system might as well throw away and buy new one la" then i said "i wasnt asking for your opinion" then he reply "abit board dont have la..you stupid wan meh...find the whole world oso not selling adi la..so old board oso nobody want to use la"..VERY RUDE...what kind of service is this..
(in the end i bought my NF7-S v2.0 from IMBI plaza  coz low yat really nomore)

This shop is only the exhibition ground. Go there to see and buy from other stall.

Bad experience many times...today go and tomorrow go, same item selling at different price. LIKE STOCK MARKET.

Ask them what is the different between normal kingston and elite what is the different. they said same one. WTF. After research through net and friends only know the speed is different. I thought a sales promoter is suppose to know about this.

last time i used to go to sri comp for window shopping and buy things in other shops...

but after all-it-hypermarket open in lyp, i dont even go there for window shopping

heard too much complains about that shop.....

u can buy stuff from there but buy stuff tat no need warranty..
other wise go there to do servey oni..

the place has already hav a bad rep and yet many still go therer n shop and after getting theirs stuff there n not satisfied come here n start bombarding it again

Thundermatch is not bad la...don't know about low yat but the guys I dealt with a few months back at the pyramid branch were pretty good and polite. Thundermatch staff at pyramid quite good. But for sri comp,diff story. I bought some stuff from there, sometimes the staff good, sometimes pretty lan c. Last time I bought a pair of speakers from there, the guy let me listen to all the speakers should me a couple of models and even waited for me to make the decision which took a while. But just recently, went to ask for casing, standing for about 15 minutes looking for someone, I guy sitting at the desk doing nothing, when I asked him he buat muka semacam only.

dun buy thing from Sri Computers.Last time i went there buy an altec lansing speaker.They took me an old stock so i requested for a new unopened box.Then the worker face showing baad sign,like hate me so much.Sucks....
Better go buy thing at All-IT on lvl 3!

Went to LYP for some item yesterday and browsed through Sri Comp. Wah, the staff made donno at me, never tried to ask or serve me. Made me feel like my money 'not laku ka here?' or maybe because I was still on holiday and went there wearing t-shirt and slippers only,  I 'low-value' customer. Last-last I went and bought my stuff elsewhere

last holiday me n my gfren went to lowyat..n found sricomp, pretty big comp. store. ask bout ram's n gcard wanting to buy , wah the sales guy terus answer in a  rude unmanner way like no time to layan one.i gues my gf was unhapy the way he treat us..so she jst say "thank u for ure time but we'll get it at the next shop" omg me jst smile back n so shock she say that..we went out n buy at cycom in the end

I tot sri computer is getting better, i go to lowyat and see al the sri comp staff wearing vest hehe sign of a more professional personel

I had been working in a bank for couple of months and to be honest 95% of the customers are merely came in to get advice.

Yet I never show any displeasure on them. In fact, I did thanks them for willing to listen to my explaination. This is what we called business ethic. You can never expected any gratitute from the customer even if you think that you did a good job advising them.

have you guys seen the service counter at sri comp? why all the metal bars? i think it's to keep disgrunted customers from rioting at the counter when they rma

anyway like most of you here, i only window shop at sricomp or buy small accessories.

at sri comp you have to pay before you test or even just to open and see inside those boxes
