I called C-Zone to ask if i can trade in my graphic card or not but he directed me to this shop call VALTEL something (he spelled that out for me).
He said its on the 2nd floor...
Anyone knows anything?

I bought Zalman VGA fan there and now mysteriously started to get noisy. i want to RMA but they say only cover 3 months warranty???
on the receipt says all hardware 1 year except stated otherwise on warranty card..but my zalman no warranty card. I ask them where can i send it to now? they said dunno. Thaaaaanks |

they connect me to the guy at the zalman section...not sheng yei or ah thaim....i asked for sheng yei but they pass2 the call and got to this zalman guy.
Later i call for ah thiam...  |
