I want to complain about cashier girl at Sri Com. I try to do so at their Facebook page but it seems not allow for commenting. Anyway, today 31 October 2012, I bought an Epson printer, sticker paper and some inks. I have hearing problem, and because I am rushing to meet someone, I not checked my bill at the shop. My mistake :-(

I mistakenly heard the total price is RM356. So I gave the cashier girl RM360. However when I already at my friend's place and checked the bill back, the total is actually RM336. The cashier SELAMBA JER keep the money in her waist pouch without being honest by giving my RM10 back! She typed in the bill that customer (me) gave RM350 and balance me RM14, which I should get RM24!

The glasses salesgirl is very helpful, yes, but even thought she only took "extra" RM10 from me, dishonesty can hurt Sri's reputation. Who knows the cashier already cheated many other customers in the past. :-(
