so you're implying that companies that have lotsa staff dun need to supervise their staff lah? so in that case walmart which has more than 100000 employees worldwide dun need to have friendly, helpful staff lor? open your eyes, that's what supervisors are for! do you know what's customer satisfaction? bet you dont

my own experience a few days ago was when i bought the belkin surge protector, which offers lifetime warranty and warranty for attached electrical products which are damaged while connected to the surge protector. So i asked the girl cashier when i was paying 'so where do i claim warranty?' she said 'lei kong mat yeh ar?'. i know this is not a big prob, but at least reply me in english lah, it's not like everyone in kl speaks canto rite. then i proceeded to another end of the shop and asked the ppl at the hardware corner, all of them talked to me in canto even if i asked in english! man i cant even speak proper canto nor understand lotsa canto. imagine if i dun understand a word of it. in the end, staff ask other staff, after about 5 ppl only 1 guy came out n say that cant claim warranty from them. sigh, i rather them have 1 knowledgable and helpful staff over having 5 idiots who can't even do things right.
