For headphones or IEMs that are cheap, that's pretty common. Brands such as Sonic Gear have high rate of bad QC where my earpump 2 failed twice (same case as yours, one side no sound).Btw, for RM200 I don't think it's very wise to get AVF since there should be better offerings out there from the likes of AKG or Sennheisser
