yeah i agree that certain salesman will have the tendancy of treating their old customer better. anyhow i think salesman should know what they are selling in the shop. some time ago i went to a shop in midvalley. cause my friend ask me to get her a pcmia card for usb 2.0 her laptop only have usb 1.0 so the speed of burning dvds are at snail pace.

i came across a salesman which i think is the owner of the shop. i enquire on the pcmia card shown on the display which was the last card available. but then i was directed to a usb2.0 hub. OMG this fellow was persuading me to purchase theusb 2.0 hub which he claim will run at 2.0 speed if plug on a usb 1.0 port. i argue with him on the differences and was correcting him. but he was nice enough to listen so i decided to purchase the card for my friend la.

well the moral i think is if the salesman isn't good into IT knowledge, he or she will lose out in sales. but if the person has a good communication skill and is willing to listen and assist i think more customer are delighted to shop at the shop.

Sri com is big so what i think is its better that they improve most of their staff where there should be a competition or commission given to sales personal who were able to sale items.

yea, we get comission.... but sales = Rm 1000, comision = Rm 1

cos still got some customer got bad exp at other shop then when they compare wit us , they feel tat some of the salesman is better then them lor.... ( i think i did a great job ) u can test me then give me some opinion on my selling skill.

Why not just fcuk him back on the spot? Don't know somemore wanna act smart and cocky. Tell him back, 'Kalau tak reti pasal komputer, janganlah kerja kat sini, dah lah tak tahu, masik hendak buat pandai aje'.

Some people really work for money only, at the end of the day, Sri Computer name has been blacklisted, they don't care because it's not their shop, so take this opportunity fcuk him back on the spot, see he wanna cocky somemmore or not.

Cocky peoples really deserves to be fugged nicely.

Blame the idiot too, who recruit peoples like them to work for.

Cool down lah, if they so knowledgable, i dun think would at sri com with low salary, long hour work, but maybe attitude is not too polite lah, buy them sum time to improve loh.

I understand that we human beings are not perfect, not everything we know. But if that guy don't know, just say I'm not too sure, maybe you could proceed to ask my colleague 'there'. Or, he can say, hold on I'll get back to you in a second (go and ask colleague about this product). Not just goyang kaki and main tembak for fun.

But this guy don't know still want to act smart, and act cocky. I really fcuking hate people like this.

hmm.. i didnt really experienced bad staff attitudes, but I think the quality of their goods are... hmmmm..

I bought a Wireless headphone > works fine.....
I bought a Philips Noice-Cancellation earbud > 1 side had no sound after a day of usage.
I bought a PC > Windows couldn't be installed. Went back to them, changed motherboard, worked after that.

If 2/3 items bought has errors, just wondering if they pack back their defective goods for sale again... hmmmm

If u all know that those staff there aint knowledgeable enough, then why dont you check the items you wanna buy first before going there ? Anyway, I usually dont ask anything or opinion from those staff. I will just check those thing i wanna buy and go there to grab it.
