We should come up with a poll, whos the lousiest/rude staff from Sri Computer and vote along with pictures of them. who's volunteering to take their picture?
Experienced their award winning, publicly acknowledged lousy customer pissing off service today. One staff *&^%$# soiled my happy outing with gf  btw, they sold me a faulty network cable sometime last yr. so dont think that even their small items wont be prone to error. p.s. sorry for my lousy english. too pist off to proofread this entry This post has been edited by king_majesty: Jun 21 2006, 03:09 AM |

 i always think when i saw u all de complain.... if there is no SRI Com at all.... did u all will have another topic to say??? cos i consider tat this topic is extreamly "HOT"... Hahaha..... if u all wan me to sugust for going shoping in SRI COM.... veli easy.... get ur own saleman... jus onli wan bac the saleman u trust and dun go there at friday, saturday, sunday....... cos u can smell TNT and explosion every where in SRI COM... ^^ i m not saying tat my company is good, but i still can hear some1 say bout my company is better lor... cos these customer come at week day lor.... event the same saturday & sunday..... but compare our customer with oter company... DOUBLE..... Things Faulty is not our fault mar... we oledi give u 1 week 1 to 1 change d.... so wat do u think? may b u all create a topic to vote which salesman is rudest and which is good, then u all sure get good service lor... jus discribe the face, body, color of skin, which dept then can liao.... i will tell them tat they are hot in web, mayb they will regret leh????? |

But other staffs i surely say they are really sucks, especially the malay guy jaga casing department...got one time i stand there wondering which casing should i buy, he just scold me like budak kecik...later i panggil Ah Huat to search casing with me-that malay guy face is really masam bcoz Ah Huat said to him "Ini abang jangan marah2, ini customer baik punya selalu beli dekat sini" Inside me wanna laugh at him so much!! One more accident happen when i want to buy pendrive from shelfs near the main counter-the staffs jaga there really not friendly and didnt care when i asked them questions - that time Ah Huat really busy so i go to cycom to buy one... P/S: Ah Huat is the guy with long hair and usually dont wear the stupid green vast... jus onli 1 word..... GOOD lor..... but now, he got a competitor in his counter.. u all jus go have a look, but who is he i cant tell u now...  * this 2 guy improve the front counter want my list of good salesman jus ask........ |

SRI COMP is better than PCZONE although both are not good....in mt opinion.......in terms of service.

if u ard know what u wan and what u gonna buy... sri computers ok la...coz they might be cheaper...
but if you are unsure and need help on choosing... i advise u pay a little more and go others... most of their staffs knowledge maybe jus on par with u so there is no point asking. |
