i saw customer return and scold/shouted at them.
stil got the WCG sticker+table number on the monitor.

that is just bad... sigh... what kind of company is this?

since you are familiar with lowyatt, is sri comp business outside at the counter there good? the mall inside one normally lots of ppl and lots of business just wondering how are they doing with the outside counter shop?

i got customer complaint 2 me that some shop in lyp cheat people,
bad service, plus they hav 2 waste petrol n parking $ 2 go there but
ended up kena cheat, so they tel me they rather come 2 my shop,
more nearer, save petrol n parking $...

troubleshooting n solving cust h/w n s/w asap....
waranty also asap....
help cust in seting up or using their new stuff... (mostly helping cust set up their wiredless router for FOC even they didnt buy d stuff from us)

normaly v juz try 2 do our best so d cust wil b statisfied wit our services coz
i think services realy can bring bek cust

this is my experience when buying logitech mx310 last year before wcg2005 in allit
i don't know why i ended up in that shop to buy that mouse because i was a regular customer in sri comp
i bought a ddrram too at there so pay together
there's a malay guy sitting in the counter there asked me politely, "pay together?"
i said yes, and he's pointing at my mouse
he replied, "you must be a gamer to buy this mouse"
i answered, "oh yeah, joining wcg"
he wished me luck when we first met
wow, i was damn satisfied and happy

the reason that i always buy from sri comp is that i knew a friend at there
i trusted this friend, so hope he won't do anything to me
but my friend is no longer working at there
the others pulled a long face when i asked them what brand of dvd-rom is the best at there
omg, the truth prevails

the only thing i hate about allit is that they charge 3% for credit card payments
sri comp charges this too, darn
is there any shop which doesn't charge?

charge 3%?? I think c-zone and cycom charge only 2.5% or 2% (forgot) but definitely less than 3%.
